Academic teacher – since 2003 scientific and didactic employee at the Institute of Education, Maria Grzegorzewska University. PhD degree (Faculty of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University; 2002). Habilitation degree (Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, Maria Grzegorzewska University; 2014). Areas of scientific activity: public education, educational policy of local governments, grassroots change of the public school model, grassroots (parental) socio-educational initiatives.
Iwona Nowakowska Ph.D.
Assistant Professor at the Institute of Psychology, Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw, Poland. MA in Psychology (University of Warsaw) and Ph.D. in Social Sciences (Maria Grzegorzewska University). Currently a postgraduate student of Data Science (University of Warsaw).
Research interests: prosociality, volunteering, philanthropy, psychological and behavioral consequences of future/present orientation.
