Academic teacher – since 2003 scientific and didactic employee at the Institute of Education, Maria Grzegorzewska University. PhD degree (Faculty of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University; 2002). Habilitation degree (Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, Maria Grzegorzewska University; 2014). Areas of scientific activity: public education, educational policy of local governments, grassroots change of the public school model, grassroots (parental) socio-educational initiatives.

Research interests: prosociality, volunteering, philanthropy, psychological and behavioral consequences of future/present orientation.
